The Big Three course has been running for five years and attracts some of the most renowned Aikido instructors in England: Mr. Hayden Foster 7th Dan IOA, Mr. William Smith 6th Dan UKA, and the late Mr. Tom Moss, 6th Dan Yama_Arashi, along with Lowestoft’s Frank Burlingham 4th Dan IOA UKA.

This was a two day event drawing over 150 Aikido practitioners plus families from all over England and Scotland. At the conclusion of the event, Sensei Vince Hammond of Broadland Aikido Club was promoted to the rank of 3rd Dan Institute of Aikido. Vince has been practicing and teaching for many years at Broadland and was proud and pleased to have achieved this promotion.
