Animated graphical illustrations to aid in Aikido Training
Training
Exercises:
Various stretches, stances, balance shifting
and footwork
exercises. |
Proper
Attacking :
Studying the art of attacking is probably more important
than the defense of the attack itself. If you know the dynamics
and the technical points of attacking, you will know better how to
defend. If you cannot attack effectively, it will be most
difficult to defend yourself intelligently, let alone instruct any
else on the art of self-defense. |
Aikido
Techniques Illustrated
The list of techniques illustrated, are very basic.
We
hope our ever changing list will aid the new Aikidoist and give
the advanced practitioner several different ways to execute the
same or similar techniques, in an effort to expand the skillset. |
