Frank Burlingham 4th Dan of
Broadland Aikido Club,
Lowestoft along with 4 club members travelled to the Welsh/Shropshire
border to attend a week long intensive Aikido Course. The event took
place at Bedstone College in Shropshire and was attended by numerous
clubs with-in the Institute of Aikido.
During the course, 4 members
were successful in the grading that was held on the last day. The
successful members were, Tomi Worton who passed 1st Kyu (brown belt),
Rose Tzanaki who passed 2nd Dan, whilst senior instructors, Brian Davies
and Duncan Francis were promoted to the rank of 3rd Dan.
